Director Ashwin Kumar’s animated venture, Mahavatar Narsimha, which narrates the story of Lord Vishnu’s fierce avatar, Lord Narsimha, continues its dominance at the box office. After enjoying a record-breaking second weekend, the movie remained super-strong on its 2nd Monday at the ticket windows with the collection of Rs 4.70 crore.
The film has also now emerged as the 4th highest 2nd Monday grosser of the year after Chhaava, Saiyaara and Raid 2, beating Sitaare Zameen Par, Housefull 5, Sikandar and Kesari 2 among others.

The Hindi version of the film currently stands with a total collection of Rs 70.34 crore. With no competition next week, Mahavatar Narsimha has a complete chance to enter the prestigious club of Rs 100 crore at the box office.
Directed by Ashwin Kumar and written by Jayapurna Das, the movie is bankrolled by Shilpa Dhawan, Kushal Desai and Chaitanya Desai under the banners of Kleem Productions and Hombale Films.
