A car blew up near Delhi’s Red Fort on November 10. The blast killed at least 15 persons and injured around 20 people. The NIA and Delhi Police have named Umar as the bomber and have dubbed the act of terror as suicide bombing.
The investigators have linked Umar and the Delhi bombing to the ‘white collar’ terrorist module stretching from Jammu and Kashmir to Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Hours before the blast, the Jammu and Kashmir Police had announced arrests in the case and disclosed recovery of a massive cache of explosives and weapons in J&K and Haryana’s Faridabad.
This is a developing story. It will be updated.
