Chitrangda Singh’s next big project is more than just a film it’s a tribute. Based on real-life events that have deep roots in military history, the project stars none other than Salman Khan, and Chitrangda is thrilled to be part of it.
“It’s a story of bravery and courage,” she says. “Coming from an army background, I remember this event being spoken about in our circles. So to be part of this film feels very personal.”
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Singh revealed how she was typecast in the ‘seductress image’ role.
“One thing I get to hear often is that people think I don’t live in Mumbai. Sometimes they feel like I’m probably between two cities and they are unsure whether I will take up a project or not due to that. So, often they don’t even reach out,” Singh said.
“I got similar kinds of roles offered to me in different films. So maybe that tag also played a part,” she said.
